7 Peaks

When all the Dawsons were up for a visit we headed to 7 Peaks. Don and Fran got us the Pass of all Passes and so we had to make good use of them.

Wyatt turned one on July 11th. The Dawson family was coming into town later in the month so I figured we would do a smaller party and then have a FUN! Cutesy! Creative! party at the Tracy Aviary when they all were here. But, alas, Wyatt was sick the day we planned so I got off easy with a small family party. True to my children's obstinate natures, Wyatt refused to nap the day of his birthday. I put him down several times throughout the day hoping he would give in, but it was his day and he chose not to sleep. Sigh. So I'm actually surprised he lasted as long as he did. But he did enjoy his cupcake, which was super fun.

So. I have so many pictures and events from the summer that I am just going to put them all up...three months later. And then I will get back on track. Or not.

It was my dad's 60th birthday on the 4th of July so of course we needed to celebrate. I am not good at throwing parties and going all out but I think he enjoyed the bbq with his good friends and family.
